Carolyn started her career in recruitment in 1989. It quickly became apparent that this was a perfect career path for her.

Throughout a successful 30-year career, Carolyn has built up a reputation for offering flexible working solutions to companies asking for assistance and expertise on how to deliver a skilled workforce.

Carolyn’s ethos has always been -  “the contractor is as important as the client” – she says.
