This week as well as our usual Friday afternoon beers, we've popped a couple of bottles of bubbly to celebrate National Prosecco Day!
We love a bit of Prosecco on our regular nights out! It's the perfect summer drink — light, fizzy, and great with fruit and sunshine. So it's no surprise that National Prosecco Day is celebrated by fans of the sparkling wine (us included).
The tipple comes from Northern Italy and has come to be instantly recognisable as a celebratory drink. But adding some extras can make the summer drink suitable for any special occasion.
It has become a firm favourite among UK drinkers with 131 million bottles of fizz being consumed each year, equating to 36 per cent of the world’s Prosecco being drunk here.
We love a good reason to celebrate (especially if prosecco is involved). We celebrate everything from birthdays and work anniversaries to placements and new clients coming on board. We especially love to celebrate our staff.
