We adapted quickly as soon as lockdown began, getting our staff set up to work from home, and have remained available to all of our clients and candidates. We currently have lots of active jobs and as our clients start to come out of this coronavirus imposed hibernation, we are quickly helping get them back up to full strength.
We've helped our clients with the furlough scheme, paying contractors quickly rather than waiting for the money to come through form the government. We've kept in touch with those furloughed contractors, which will ultimately lead to a higher retention rate for our clients and peace of mind for our contract workforce.
