Meet Carolyn Frodsham
We have to start with our MD - Carolyn Frodsham. Carolyn found her love for recruitment back in 1989, and it is her hard work mentality that has carved a very successful career in the industry. Carolyn, alongside Neil Davies, has seen the team and business grow immensely since Employment Solutions began in 2001. Her ability to attract the right sort of talent to the company is a skill in itself. This skill coupled with a determination and drive to succeed like no other, and has made the company it is today.
Carolyn has helped steer the business forward with the focus on Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment, which remains at the heart of our activity. This expertise and enthusiasm for the sector have reverberated around the office, meaning our team understands the importance of building relationships and understanding clients' and candidates' individual needs and requirements. There are not many agencies that can say they have loyal clients for over 20 years - we can!
Outside of work, Carolyn loves sport especially football, tennis, and cricket. She is a lifelong season ticket holder at Manchester United and also enjoys travel, in particular, long breaks in Spain at her apartment (well why not).
