New Office is Open for Business

Open Day Blog Min

It's been a very exciting time for the team at Employment Solutions.  Thursday 25th May saw the official launch of our newly refurbished and branded offices.

Special guest star - Antony Cotton came along to cut the ribbon officially, along with valued clients, friends, and suppliers to see just how we have transformed. The hot weather certainly added to the afternoon which allowed guests to grab a glass of bubbly and a delightful burger from the fabulous burger cart outside. The atmosphere was at all new heights with a buzz that could only be described as charged.

Antony who plays Sean Tully in Coronation Street took time out of his busy filming schedule was excited at being in his hometown and delighted to receive a £250 cheque for his much-loved charity - Help for Heroes.

"I'm a Bury Boy, born and bred, so it's always a pleasure to be back in my hometown. My parents still live here, and I remember this place being the Old Courthouse, which was a place you never wanted to be! So it's nice for it to have evolved and had a new lease of life. Plus it is always good to support local business. On top of that, I'm an ambassador for Help For Heroes, and Employment Solutions have kindly given me a cheque for me to send to them, so it's a win-win situation and a pleasure to be here."

The feedback received on the day was extremely positive as the offices have undergone a major transformation to accommodate our rapidly expanding team.  We now have more space, dedicated team areas, social spaces and more all presented in new vibrant brand colours and thought-provoking messages.

Fantastic opening event @empsolrecruit, great people, great swag, great burgers!

"The Office wasn't fit for purpose; it wasn't fit for the talent we wanted to bring into the business. We wanted to build an office to engage with the best talent in our market and it’s important to us to show our clients what we do on a daily basis. The future for Employment Solutions is very exciting."

Carolyn Frodsham, Managing Director

Take a look at our short video from our Office Open Day that explains more.

The new brand has given the company a breath of fresh air and an entirely new feel. There has always been a sense of pride in our business, but the new branding and business focus will help give a much more succinct and clear branding message across all of our future marketing activities. Exciting times indeed.

"Our brand is unique, and our ethics and moral fibre behind our business I feel is imperative and sets us aside from our competitors. We're now looking at expanding into new markets within our core areas of engineering and manufacturing. We have already grown significantly and are looking for exceptional people to join our team."

Alongside the new brand, we will also be releasing a shiny new and much-improved website for our candidates and clients.

We are looking for user testers for the new site too.  If you can help, please contact louise@emp-sol.com for more details.

Everyone who can help will receive an Amazon voucher for their time.
