ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - TRANSPORT - COVENTRY
Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of testing and analytical services within the environmental industry, and they have a great opportunity to join their Transport/Couriers department.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Transport Controller & Transport Assistant to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
You will ensure that bookings are completed for deliveries with third party providers, and be responsible for information displayed at drop off's, managing the daily drop off spreadsheet.
You will produce daily reports to stakeholders within the business.
You will act as a liaison point between the courier department and other departments within the business.
Skills and Experience:
Office Administration Experience
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
Experience with working with various IT systems including MS Office
Please note: Immediate availability needed.
Salary is £15,000
Permanent Contract - Full Time (10am - 6pm)
