TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (Electrical)
Are you a Time Served Engineer with a strong Electrical Engineering background?
Do you enjoy fault finding?
Would you like to utilise your knowledge and experience within a Technical Support position?
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will represent a Machinery Manufacturer with FMCG industries, and you will be the key point of contact for customer breakdowns regarding electrical issues.
You will effectively communicate with all customers to ensure their problems are being dealt with and provide strong customer service and technical expertise.
You will plan service engineers weekly working schedule to ensure maximum productivity.
You will visit customers from time to time as required.
You will provide technical support out of hours when needed, part of an on-call rota.
Skills and Experience
Time Served Engineer, preferably HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering.
Previous experience within FMCG, Food or Beverage industry is preferred.
Ability to interpret Design Drawings and use fault finding skills.
Salary - £40k - £43k (dependent on experience)
Permanent + Benefits : Full time.
