With the expansion of the business, we are currently looking for someone to join the technical team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

We have a role available for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our Technical Division at our newly refurbished offices in Bury, a few miles North of Manchester. That's right, no more city centre parking or commuting nightmares!

What do we expect?
You will be carrying out a full 360 recruitment role which will include growing our market share and internal client database while increasing awareness of the Employment Solutions brand. Identify and establish sales leads, use our in-house CRM and job boards to grow a database of candidates and match them to roles to fill open vacancies.

What do you need to succeed?
You will have at least 3 years' experience of working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within a fast paced Recruitment Sales environment, be able to build rapport with both candidates and clients and be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in or out of work.
If you're ambitious, results driven, self-motivated and naturally competitive you'll fit right in.
