As a leader in Material Handling and Logistics in Germany, the business are looking to expand their Sales team in the UK. They have a few Key Accounts to look after, but other than that the World (or at least the UK) is your oyster! With a Sales Director and a Sales Manager they are now looking to really press on with their pursuit in the market
The ideal person will be process driven and excellent at following up leads and happy to cold call new customers, developing relationships quickly and taking ownership of onsite demonstrations. You'll be able to work with the Production Team in Germany and ensure that you're not overselling what can be produced, whilst allowing the customer to understand how far a product can be stretched.
Your day to day activities will include:
- Be part of the organising the sales plan for the business
- Forecast data in monthly meetings
- Identify markets and clients for Material Handling products
- Attend exhibitions and run on site demonstrations for customers
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation
In return you'll receive a salary up to £45,000 + a bonus currently capped at 30%, a £500/month car allowance and holidays starting at 20 days holiday + Christmas Shutdown (3-4 days) + Bank Holidays, which will increase by a day a year up to 25 days holiday.
