Our client is playing a pivotal role in bringing rapid diagnostic testing to the world, whether it be in a hospital, clinical setting, GP surgery or your local train station and airport.

This gives you the chance to really make a difference in the fight against this pandemic and play your part, whilst gaining strong experience alongside Scientists and Engineers and progressing your career!

You will be working hands on with cross functional teams to support Testing, Material Characterisation, Technology Transfer, Knowledge Transfer, Process Scale-Up, Root Cause and Technology Development as a Research Scientist within the Manufacturing, Science and Technology team (MSAT).

Further to this you will produce supporting documentation such as Material Specifications, Validation Test Plans and Certificates of Conformity for components in compliance to ISO 13485.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience within Medical Devices preferred
Degree level in relevant discipline (Molecular Biology, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry).
Experience in Characterisation techniques is essential.
