This growth has created a new position for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our already hugely successful Blue Collar division at our offices in Bury.

In case you're not familiar with us, after being established in 2001 Employment Solutions have risen to become one of top Specialist Engineering and Manufacturing agencies in the North West and we supply staff to some of the biggest manufacturing and engineering companies in the area. What do we need from you?

You will come from a Recruitment Management background and ideally have at least four years' experience, preferably in a contract led environment. You will have strong leadership skills and will be able to develop your team while monitoring and driving KPIs.

What will you be doing?

Your job will be to manage an already successful team and take their impressive £10 million annual turnover to the next level in line with company strategy.

You will be responsible for the revenue, profitability and growth of the business, manage key client relationships and build new long-term relationships to drive new business. You will be accountable for the retention and attraction of staff for your team through robust management and comprehensive training.

You'll be hands-on and will want to lead by example; exceeding sales targets, creating new business, developing existing business and generating sales.
