With the expansion of the business, we are looking for someone to take charge of our recruitment delivery function. This will have client facing elements but mainly with our wonderful existing clients working with them to continually improve our service.
The core of the role will be to offer coaching and continuous improvement to a developing team of recruitment professionals in an EMPATHETIC way while running a client service excellence program with the vacancies you have to work with.

From a time perspective, you should expect about 30% of your time coaching the team and 70% delivering our #WorldClassClientService.
The journey into the future...
As this isn’t an entry-level position, we would expect the incumbent to enter our business as an “Emerging Leader”. We would normally expect experience in a fast paced recruitment environment with demonstratable successful client journey. Perhaps, more importantly, we would expect to see experience of where you have coached people to become successful in their own right.
However, we are really HONEST with all employees; a world-class service and your own world-class reputation take time. How much time depends on how quickly you can learn the tools of the trade and apply them on a daily basis.
That means you need to be coachable, HONEST with yourself, be open to positive criticism and be willing to put theory into practice.
