We have a role available for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our Technical Division at our newly refurbished offices in Bury, a few miles North of Manchester. That's right, no more city centre parking or commuting nightmares!

We work with some of the largest Engineering and Manufacturing companies in the country and have recently won contracts to supply two more prestigious clients in our area.

What do we expect?
You will be carrying out a full 360 recruitment role which will include growing our market share and internal client database while increasing awareness of the Employment Solutions brand. Identify and establish sales leads, use our in-house CRM and job boards to grow a database of candidates and match them to roles to fill open vacancies.

What do you need to succeed?
You will have at least 12 - 18 months' experience of working within a fast paced Recruitment Sales environment, be able to build rapport with both candidates and clients and be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in or out of work.
