Who are you? You will be an expert and know the industry inside out who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation. You will be able to use your knowledge to build trust and great relationships with your candidates, helping maintain the already fantastic reputation that Employment Solutions has as a business.

The job. Your job, in a nutshell, will be to find suitable candidates to fill our client's vacancies.

But it's more than that. You will profile your candidates and establish how you can match them with their perfect job while also extracting information to generate leads for the sales team. You will produce well-written adverts to create a steady flow of ready to talk candidates who already know about the opportunity you have.

We work a pretty standard week, Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 17.30 and 08.00 to 16.30 on a Friday with an hour's lunch break. Being based away from the city centre also means no nightmare rush-hour commute!
