Are you an experienced Quality Manager within Construction, Rail or Civil Engineering?
Do you have the knowledge and experience to identify and help implement Business Improvements?
As a Quality Manager you will be an integral part of the team for a large, main contractor within the Construction, Rail & Civil Engineering sectors.
You will support projects whilst working from home, in the office and travelling to be present on Construction sites.
You will analyse projects from construction processes, technology and new industry trends to then efficiently combine your findings and suggest improvements.
You will offer Quality advice on construction-related matters.
You will look at processes and procedures used across the business as a whole and utilise your knowledge and experience to implement new ideas to drive the business.
You will maintain and improve upon the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance to ISO 9001 as well conducting audits where needed.
Skills and Experience:
Proven Quality Management experience within Construction, Rail or Civil Engineering.
Auditing experience to ISO 9001.
Strong Business Improvement / Continuous Improvement skills utilising Lean Six Sigma, Prince 2 project management or similar.
Location - Midlands - Head office Worcester with travel.
(Role will be autonomous - working from home, in the office and on-site UK wide when needed.
Salary - £50k - £55k (dependent on experience) + Benefits
Permanent - Full Time - flexible.
