My Client, based in Irlam, are looking for an Office Manager to help organise this expansion from within. The role is a process driven position rather than a people management vacancy.
Working closely with the directors, you'll also have a nack for invoicing systems such as SAP, Pegasus, Opera or another.
Placing stock orders
Monthly sales analysis
Reconciling monthly credit card bills and petty cash
Bank account cash reconciliation
Entering nominal payments and receipts
Journalling payroll payments
Running month end reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet
Closing off monthly / annual ledgers
General use of Opera to interrogate sales / stock, etc.
Liaising with accountants / HR / other professional services as required
Procuring new suppliers / new contracts as and when required
Competent at Excel, Word and other commonly used Microsoft applications
Produce high quality and accurate communications and documentation, e.g. reports, emails, forms, meeting minutes, presentations.
Managing trade supplier price changes
Managing customer price changes
Maintain staff records, including holiday and sickness absence
Any other tasks required to support and the sales and accounts functions and the business generally
