Our client based in Walton Summit are looking for Labourers to train as Paint shop operatives to join their busy team on a temp to perm basis, Our client globally lead through comprehensive engineering excellence, driving quality, sustainability in manufacturing LV Swichgear products for companies as big as Google, Facebook and Amazon.
Pay starts at £9.50 per hour with a chance of a pay increase after probation and training-
Main role and responsibilities- Must have warehousing/ labouring experience
- Work to Standard Operating procedures
- Ensure work meets quality standards
- Operation of Phoswash & Oven to prepare parts for powder coating
- Hanging parts on racks
- Assigning paint colours to job
- Maintain high levels of health and safety
Roles you will be trained in!-
- Sanding & preparing cabinets for powder coating
- Masking & Bunging parts
- Loading sprayed items into the oven and operate oven
- Actively take part in any Continuous Improvement events
- Use various hand tools to prepare parts for powder coating
- Operation of Phoswash & Oven to prepare parts for powder coating
Hours are Monday to Thursday 8am till 4:30
Friday- 1pm finnish
