Are you a looking for your next Interim HR Business Partner role?
Would you like to be influential in establishing and developing HR initiatives across a Global firm?
Do you want to be hands on in helping sculpt recruitment and succession plans?
We are currently working exclusively with an International Engineering & Manufacturing firm with operations in over 40 countries, who require a HR Business Partner for an immediate start.
Specific Projects include:
* Deliver 2019 recruitment plan
* Develop employee succession plan and deliver actions
* Assess and establish a performance management action plan as required with line managers
* Deliver an appropriate line manager development programme
Candidates should be qualified to Degree Level and hold a relevant professional certificate from an organisation such as CIPD.
