Our client is a specialist in Design and Manufacturing custom, bespoke packaging solutions for a wide range of sectors.
They have recently moved to a brand new, larger site due to continuous growth!
How does a Permanent position with a growing company, at a brand-new site, bonus to be earned and training included sound?
As a Technical Customer Support Advisor, you will work closely with the Sales team, Quality professionals and Technical staff internally to help support all external customers needs.
This could include following up on customer complaints or providing customers with advice on the best packaging solutions for their needs.
Skills and Experience:
Customer Service or Technical Support experience
IT proficient (Excel, Word, etc)
Driven and ambitious attitude
Knowledge of packaging sector highly advantageous but not essential
Location - Manchester (own vehicle preference due to location)
Salary - £18k - £20k (circa £24,000 inclusive of Bonus)
