Our client is going through a series of changes within their company, bringing in new product lines, working in emerging industries such as electric vehicle charging and other large bespoke projects. The division is managing the electrical installation of Control Panels and Power Distribution boards for projects and would require someone who has excellent technical knowledge whilst also being a strong people person.
The role is managing a critical part to the business, and is the linchpin to the operation over in their manufacturing site in Wythenshawe. They need someone who is able to react to short lead times and large orders, able to move a large shop floor to keep operations lean and see opportunities to increase productivity whilst keeping staff morale high.
In return, you'll receive a salary of up to £48k, + a management bonus scheme of up to 20%, pension contributions of up to 10% from the employer.
