Customer Service Engineer, permanent position, upto £42,000 basic

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing quotations and processing incoming orders as part of a team supporting a Service division of the business.
Our client are a leading global Manufacturer of Special Purpose Machinery across Pulp, Paper and Energy sectors, offering development, servicing, and automation solutions to their clients.
You will also respond efficiently to internal and customer enquiries.
You will take orders from customers and prepare quotations based on discussions with Sales.
You will work from technical drawings when needed and occasionally prepare proposals.
You will also utilise the ERP system LN to create work orders.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience with Quotations, Processing Orders, Proposals, etc.
Strong Customer Service skills.
Experience using ERP systems - "LN" would be highly desirable.
Experience within heavy engineering or similar (paper or pulp highly desirable)
