Job Description
Customer Service Co-Ordinator, Hourly rate is dependent on experience,
Working hours are 8 hours a day, minimum 3 days per week, up to 5 days depending on company needs
A 6-month contract which could be extended,
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company who is the leading global developer and supplier of technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy industries.
The main role to convert information from their Sales team to quotations, using established corporate procedures and templates and then generate invoice upon completion of works.
You will need to have Mechanical Engineering knowledge/background - Technical mindset
Strong administration skills with organised/systematic approach
Familiarity with ERP system(s) - ideally Baan
Good MS Office skills - Excel / Word in particular
Can-do attitude, especially towards if learning new systems
