My client based in Rochdale is currently recruiting for time served welders in the Rochdale area, My client are specialists within building specialists purpose machinery for the food industry.
Hours-
Monday/Thursday 7.30 am - 12.30 pm / 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm
Friday 7.00 am - 12 noon
Pay- £15.11 raising to £15.86
All candidates need a level 3 or city and guilds qualification in mechanical manufacturing engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 5 year's experience.
The role will involve-
- carrying out component welding activities as requested by management.
- Ensuring Documentation and instruction issued is completed and followed in line with company procedures.
- Following engineering drawings regarding specific weld types/sizes and procedures required.
- To ensure all health and safety systems are adhered to and any issued PPE is worn as and when required.
- Complete Tig Welding
- Have coded welding certs
