Are you an experienced Bid Manager or Bid Coordinator?
Our client is a well-established Engineering organisation that provide bespoke design and manufacturing services across highly regulated and quality driven sectors, predominantly the Nuclear industry.
As a Bid Manager you will work closely with several departments including Estimating, Business Development and Delivery teams. Within this team you will mentor an apprentice Bid Coordinator whilst ensuring all tender documentation is delivered on time.
You will ensure that all tender processes are optimised, fit for purpose, and compliant.
You will utilise your commercial awareness and knowledge of fixed, target and reimbursable contracts (preferably NEC).
You will also support the Project Controls team to make sure all proposals are detailed.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience within a Bid Manager or Bid Coordinator role
Good Knowledge of Fixed, Target and Reimbursable Contracts
Experience in highly regulated sector advantageous
Must be British Citizen due to Security checks
Salary: c£45k (dependent on experience)
