Our client is an IT consultancy that are supporting some large Retail companies with their Customer Service, IT & Software needs.
Due to having a high number of Contractors at multiple sites in the UK, an opportunity for an Administrator has come up.
You will predominantly be involved in onboarding new staff on behalf of their customers.
You will also from time to time have to rely on strong IT skills for basic user administrator tasks such as resetting passwords.
Full training will be provided and flexibility of where you are based. This could be from Burnley, Manchester, Wigan or Working from Home remotely.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent Admin skills
Strong IT skills
Experience in 1st Line Support or IT Customer Service would be highly advantageous.
Understanding of IT support roles
Strong experience with Windows & Excel
Location: Greater Manchester OR Remote from Home (Wigan, Burnley, Manchester)
Contract - 3-6 months - £10-£11 p/hr PAYE
