Our client is a large Manufacturer of specialist Machinery that have been established for over 100 years with continuous growth.
Their IT Service Management team are looking for a new member to specialise in End User Services in a 2nd Line Engineer role.
You will manage the technical resolution of assigned problems, incidents, issues and emergencies with third party vendors, liaising with Service Managers.
You will provide installation, configuration, delivery, maintenance and monitoring of hardware, components, and services.
You will continuously deliver define end user services to support business needs whilst job logging, and recording calls on internal systems.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in 2nd Line Engineer role
Relevant IT qualifications
Technical experience across Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Active Directory and solid hardware knowledge across laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and other equipment.
Permanent - circa £24k - £25k (dependent on experience) + Benefits
