CNC Turners/Lathe Operators
Would you like to work for a leading manufacturer of continuous processing and pressurised
depositing equipment for the bakery, confectionary and dairy industries.
If so successful candidate would have:-
Time served qualifications
Experience of CNC lathe programming, setting and operating on HASS tool room lathe
and/or Fanuc controlled machines.
Good understanding and experience of manual turning techniques, bar feeder experience.
One off and shorts runs
A high attention to detail to produce quality product
Producing individual items to technical drawings and instructions
Setting and operation of a variety of CNC Lathes
Inspecting ones own work with traditional measuring techniques (micrometres, bore gaues,
slips)
Reporting to workshop supervisor
General cleanliness and maintenance of machine tools
40 hour a week, £16 per hour for skilled operator
