Saqib Farid is a Recruitment Consultant and member of the Employment Solutions Technical Division, a role he has occupied since joining our business in February 2023. In his role, Saqib specialises in recruiting Contract Engineers who work in the Nuclear Industry across the UK.

Saqib joins Employment Solutions as a relative newcomer to the world of recruitment but is no stranger to a fast-paced sales environment spending the four years before joining us in B2B and B2C sales positions.

Saqib loves building relationships and believes the best way to be successful is by being honest, approachable and fair. When asked what drew him to Employment Solutions, he said that "the values resonated with him, and the vibe and culture in the office were also selling points". He can't wait to get stuck in and is looking forward to being able to help people make positive changes in their lives.

Away from work, Saqib likes to stay active and is regularly training at his local gym. He is an avid MMA fan and follows the UFC closely. He is very social and loves going out to eat with his friends and family.
