Jonny grew up in Whitefield a few miles north of Manchester and after leaving Salford University took up a position in the credit cards team at the Royal Bank of Scotland. He rose rapidly and in just over a year was working within the lending team, dealing with loans and overdrafts.

When cutbacks meant Jonny faced either going backwards or finding something new, he chose to take a leap and joined Employment Solutions in July 2014.

Jonny runs all things digital at Employment Solutions from our website and social media pages to our marketing automation platform Sales Fusion.

An avid music lover and musician Jonny has played bass guitar and vocals in bands around the UK.
