Coral-Mai Gifford is a Recruitment Consultant and member of the Employment Solutions Technical recruitment division, a role that she has occupied since joining our business in January 2023. In her role Coral specializes in White Collar Design & Project roles across the UK, on a permanent and contract basis.

She started her recruitment career in 2022 at Fission Recruitment Services as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant quickly progressing to the position of Recruitment Consultant. During this time Coral specialized in the recruitment of White-Collar professionals within the Highways & Civil sectors for both permanent and contract positions.

Coral loves a challenge and thrives in the situation of trying to understand what her clients and candidates want and then supplying it whilst maintaining the highest standards. Just like the rest of her team, to Coral, understanding that Employment Solutions provides essential value to people’s lives makes the amount of work that goes into the service worthwhile.

Outside of her work at Employment Solutions Coral is a keen actress and has recently joined an acting agency. Look out for her coming to a screen near you soon. She describes herself as “an old soul” and loves spending her evenings listening to Jazz music and reading classic books. Her favorite author being Jane Austen.
