Sam has worked in the recruitment business for some years. She joined Employment Solutions in 2013 and helps look after some of our most significant clients, where she has continued to build excellent relationships with the client and contractors provides excellent service delivery. Her approachable and supportive nature has meant she has developed a healthy and professional relationship with the client, giving support and advice to HR; supporting the operational team with workers and also the accounts team when required.
Sam says "I joined Employment Solutions as I admired the recruitment formula they had in place and the fact that they cared about their employees. My skill is mainly with shop floor workers, i.e. CNC Machinists, Inspectors, Welders etc. For the past six years, I’ve learnt so much with the help of my colleagues. Outside of work Samantha loves football and is a lifelong Arsenal fan. When she is not watching football, Samantha can typically be found planning her next trip to Toronto - a city she loves.
