Temporary Recruitment Services

• Our competitive rates ensure that temporary workers are paid the current rates for the skill levels required.

• Clients are charged an hourly rate incorporating the workers pay, employers NI contribution, holiday pay and our service charge.

• We provide a detailed breakdown of costs to enable project budget assessment .

• Providing our clients pass the required credit check we invoice weekly but are able to offer 30 day payment terms on our invoices.

• Following the recession, companies may have their credit facilities restricted, we have the facility to accept payment via company credit cards or on a proforma basis.

• Benefit from our 13 week temp to perm offer whereby following a temporary worker completing 13 consecutive weeks work our clients have the option to transfer the worker onto their permanent payroll free of charge.

Permanent Recruitment Services

• Our extensive database of candidates is regularly updated with individual details and CVs.

• Use of internet job boards to identify/source new candidates.

• Full candidate screening/interviewing/identification and eligibility to work verification.

• Private and dual branded advertising available.

• Consultative approach – we will discuss and advise on your specific requirements / not just forward CV’s (unless this is what is required).

• Flexible placement fees – 14% as standard.

• Flexible rebate scheme – 12 week sliding scale as standard.
